The 6" Super Hubs are used for building Shelter Domes, Concrete Domes, Sheds, and other structures that require additional strength.
The 6" Super Hubs uses 1.5" Schedule 40 PVC Pipe Struts, and will support over 300 lbs from a single hub.
The 6" Super Hubs are our strongest design.
Tools Needed to Manufacture the 6" Super Hubs: A Drill Press and a Band Saw with a 7" Cutting Capacity.
Each 4v Download Contains:
A Manufacturing Manual with step by step details on how to make our patented 6" Super hubs. (28 pages with color photographs for each step.)
The correct bit size for drilling the hub outer collar for each strut diameter and type.
Complete instructions for using 1.5", 1.25", 1", 3/4", 1/2" Schedule 40 PVC Pipe, or 1", 3/4", 1/2" EMT Conduit, or 32mm, 25mm OD Metric Pipe for making your own Geodesic Dome struts.
